Seasoned real estate investor with a background in the mortgage industry and a sharp eye for market trends. Since founding the Holloway Group in 2003 and Red Brick Property Group in 2009, he has focused on turning undervalued commercial and residential properties into profitable assets. A general partner in Atlanta’s 170-unit Harmony Park Plaza Apartments and a retail venture in Detroit, Aaron is known for identifying emerging markets and maximizing investor returns. His strategic, results-driven approach has earned him a strong reputation in commercial real estate.
Maurice Lucas Jr
Detroit native with a strong background in mortgages and real estate, is a driving force behind a visionary team launching an asset management hedge fund. Known for his local expertise and national perspective, he’s helping lead the charge in acquiring assets in emerging markets across the U.S. As Detroit continues to evolve, Maurice’s role reflects his commitment to economic growth and reshaping the investment landscape on both local and national levels.
Steven leonard
Seasoned entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, warehousing, and distribution. He has led federal, state, and municipal contracts across both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. As a former president and executive in real estate, wholesale, and human services, Steven founded a boutique firm focused on multifamily and distribution clients. His strategic, needs-based approach to business drives his passion for acquiring, managing, and negotiating commercial real estate assets.
